Role OverviewAs a Fulfillment Expert, you will be part of our dynamic team that enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring they receive their orders efficiently and effectively. Your daily work will involve picking, preparing, packing, sorting, and shipping products safely and efficiently to deliver convenience and quality for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Create a welcoming experience for guests by authentically greeting them and observing their needs.
- Engage with guests in a genuine way, asking questions to better understand their specific needs and being knowledgeable about our tools, products, and services.
- Select items for order pickup, drive-up, and ship-to-home for digital guest orders, accurately putting them on hold and preparing, packing, and sorting guest orders for shipment.
- Meet productivity metrics and other fulfillment goals, ensuring guest order promise times are met to deliver on guest demand.
- Own your workspace and supplies, keeping equipment and designated areas organized and supplies in stock, and following safety best practices.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
- Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
- Work both independently and with a team.
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
- Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process.
