About This Role

Saks OFF 5TH is a leading online luxury off-price destination, offering a curated assortment of brands to fashion-conscious customers at unbeatable prices. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by executing order requests with precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute order requests, including location, packing, and shipping of merchandise, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual and store goals for Ship from Store and Store to Store productivity, adhering to fulfillment standards and procedures.
  • Drive omni-channel Net Promoter Score/Voice of Customer Score by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Fulfillment Area, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Asset Protection to identify inventory inaccuracies and shortage opportunities, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing losses.
  • Perform other digital duties as assigned, including data entry, inventory management, and equipment operation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively using electronic fulfillment systems and inventory management software.
  • Prior fulfillment experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 20 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
