  • Side Work: Complete assigned side work to ensure shift readiness, demonstrating a proactive approach to your role.
  • Guest Interaction: Effectively listen and respond timely to guest needs, providing personalized attention and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Drink Service: Run drinks to customers in the bar, store, and patio, maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
  • Bar and Patio Maintenance: Help bus and clear the bar and patio throughout your shift, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Cash Handling: Secure forms of payment for tabs, balance cash receipts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods, with the ability to reach overhead and below knees.
  • Teamwork: Be a team player with a can-do attitude, exceeding guest expectations and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, with server experience required and Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Service Licensing preferred.
