Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with operational teams and external partners to plan, implement, and monitor data collection
  • Provide data requests, retrieval, analysis, and support for measuring outcomes, process improvements, and business planning
  • Prepare and submit data for regulatory purposes, including clinical and financial information
  • Implement data management plans, conducting audits on patient files and validating data integrity
  • Develop and maintain expertise in software application systems, including Strata and Midas+
  • Participate in the analysis, summary, and reporting of clinical and administrative data
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
  • 3 or more years of experience preferred
Work Environment
