Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Machine Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our manufacturing equipment. This includes performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and making repairs as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot issues with equipment and make repairs as needed
  • Use micrometers and calipers to measure and inspect equipment
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve production goals
  • Interact with production staff to resolve equipment-related issues
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and equipment to improve maintenance efficiency
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a machine repair or manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment re-building
  • High competency in the use of micrometers and calipers
  • Strong math skills and computer skills
  • Experience working with high-speed machinery
  • Proven ability to interact and work effectively in a team setting
Preferred Requirements
  • Working experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
  • Associate's or technical degree, or related vocational/technical certification
Working Conditions

The Machine Maintenance Specialist will work in a plant environment, exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicular traffic. The noise level is frequently loud, and the associate may be exposed to a wide range of temperatures.
