About the Role

APX Construction Group LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Provide leadership and direction to project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards and that any defects or issues are promptly identified and resolved.
  • Safety Management: Develop and implement safety plans to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Cost Control: Manage project costs to ensure that they are within budget and that any variances are promptly identified and addressed.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education/Experience: 3+ years of experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar position in construction management.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to read, understand and implement project plans and documents; ability to multitask and exercise independent judgment related to the daily administration of projects; proven communication skills; ability to anticipate problems and identify solutions.
