Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Lead and manage high-performing teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear understanding of project scope, objectives, and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
- 5+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to foster teamwork and cooperation with diverse groups of employees.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including cost breakdowns, risk analysis, and budgeting.
- Valid driver's license.
