About Countryside Health Care of Milford
We are seeking a positive and compassionate Part Time Activities Assistant to join our Activities team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Activities Directors in planning, implementing, supporting, and facilitating a wide range of therapeutic activities for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities that cater to the age and physical or emotional condition of our residents.
- Collaborate with the Activities Directors to develop and execute activity schedules.
- Observe and respond to the needs of our residents, providing support and care as needed.
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive experience.
Work Schedule:
The schedule for this position is every other weekend and 3-4 days per week.
