Job Summary:

Arcfield is seeking a highly skilled Requirements Management Engineer to support the requirements management and verification process. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, tracing, analyzing, allocating, verifying, and selling off requirements. Additionally, the Requirements Engineer will contribute to the development and maintenance of all configuration and change management within the Customer organization, supporting tracking and archiving of all acquisition Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and drafting, reviewing, and publishing Request for Change (RFC) documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the requirements management and verification process, including requirements definition, development, and flow-down
• Develop and maintain all configuration and change management within the Customer organization
• Track and archive all acquisition Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)
• Draft, review, and publish Request for Change (RFC) documents
• Support the program risk and opportunity identification and management process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (8-10 years of experience), Master's degree (6-8 years of experience), or Ph.D. (3-5 years of experience)
• Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• In-depth knowledge of Customer agency's Change Management and Risk/Issue/Opportunity (RIO) Management processes
• Strong knowledge of and experience navigating Customer agency's Request For Change (RFC) process
• Significant experience in defining, tracing, analyzing, allocating, verifying, and selling off requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
