- Maintain the general cleanliness of assigned stations and the entire venue, upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
- Provide professional and exceptional service, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
- Accurately enter all orders into the POS system, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Follow supervisor's instructions, communicate with and support co-workers while being a team player.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus and the company, as well as excellent knowledge of our wine list.
- Well-versed in both classic and creative wine and food pairings, able to make informed recommendations to guests.
- Assist in or lead staff education sessions, sharing your expertise with colleagues.
- Serve all alcoholic beverages in accordance with all state regulations and alcohol awareness training standards.
- Comply with Department of Health standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Work as part of a team, providing help and support to all fellow team members.
- Accurately complete all end-of-shift Wine Sales reports, ensuring accurate tracking of sales and inventory.
- Communicate the needs of guests to Front-of-House and Heart-of-House support staff, managers, and chefs.
- Properly set up floor and side stations, perform side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
- Previous hospitality experience, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of proper wine service techniques, serving temperatures, glassware selection, and decanting.
- Fundamental knowledge of the wine regions of the World, with a focus on wine certification from an accredited institution.
- 21+ years of age, with a positive and professional attitude.

- Ability to write and verbally communicate, with good positive energy throughout the day.
- Must be able to print legibly for team members, management, and guests to read.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, and/or stand for extended periods of time, as well as move quickly and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke, with exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials.
- May work extended hours, irregular shifts, evening and/or weekend shifts, and holiday work may be required.
