Job Summary

Spark Talent Inc is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of our equipment.
  • Equipment Repair: Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment as needed, utilizing a methodical approach to safety and efficiency.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including scheduling subcontractors as necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including documentation of efforts and results.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and management to ensure seamless operations and address any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Two-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field.
  • Experience: Three to five years of experience in the maintenance of CNC machines or similar equipment.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of industrial electricity, electronics, HVAC, and facility maintenance. Completion of OSHA Electrical Safety training is required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to move, lift, and/or push up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis. Ability to walk/stand on concrete for the duration of the work shift, in increments of up to six hours.
  • Other Requirements: Basic computer proficiency, including data entry skills and familiarity with various software programs. Adequate eyesight with or without corrective lenses to perform required work with necessary attention to detail.
