- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management.
- Leadership and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Basic Math and Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic math and computer skills, including cash handling, inventory management, and data entry.
