- High School Degree or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Happy, Welcoming, and Can-Do Attitude: A positive and welcoming demeanor is essential for providing exceptional patient care.
- Experience in High-Volume/High-Intensity Service Industry: Previous experience in a fast-paced service industry, such as healthcare, hospitality, or retail, is preferred.
- Excellent Verbal, Written, and Interpersonal Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for effective patient care and teamwork.
- Detail-Oriented and Team Player: A detail-oriented and team-oriented individual is required to maintain accurate records and collaborate with healthcare providers.
- Computer Proficiency and Superior Keyboarding Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and excellent keyboarding skills (approximately 55 wpm) are necessary for efficient data entry and record-keeping.
