About the RoleThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating and supporting the development of new business opportunities for Tronex International Inc. This role will focus on cultivating and growing long-term program partnerships with major health systems and brands across the national market. The company provides a strong competitive edge with deep strengths in marketing and vertical integration to manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate a large universe of prospective client partners through steady and proactive outreach.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of developing business opportunities.
- Partner efficiently and collaboratively with matrixed and cross-functional internal teams to deliver world-class account management exceeding customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain a high level of expertise and working knowledge of Company/brand virtues, and all product lines, markets, and competitive solutions.
- 7-10 years of related experience; business development experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Prior experience developing large major brands and national accounts.
- Experience selling into the Healthcare, Hospitality, and/or Food Service industries.
- Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinking and disciplined ability to plan, organize, and execute well.
- Customer/Client Focused & Results Driven.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management including executive leadership to create mutually beneficial agreements.
