We are seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team at Embassy Suites Tigard. As a Banquet Bartender, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of events and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up, service, and clean conference rooms with attention to detail.
  • Respond to requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Be creative and flexible when meeting special requests.
  • Note changes or additions to banquet event orders and report them to the Event Manager.
  • Assist with ordering and inventory for the meetings department.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in storage areas, including securing A/V equipment.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle last-minute client needs with ease.
  • Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
Requirements:
  • Previous alcohol service experience is required.
  • All applicants must be able to acquire their Food Handler's and Liquor Service permits.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • The ability to read, write, type, and use various forms of technology is required.
  • This position requires standing and moving around for an entire shift.
  • The ability to lift at least 25 pounds is necessary.
