Adjunct Professor of Risk Management and Insurance

Palm Beach State College is seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach college students in risk management and insurance. The successful candidate will develop and deliver discipline-related curricula, assess student learning, and participate in program evaluation and college activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and teach courses in risk management and insurance
- Assess student learning and participate in program evaluation
- Participate in college activities and maintain college and department standards
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher, and be licensed as a Florida Adjuster (620) or hold a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and Certified Property & Casualty Lines instructor with the Florida Department of Financial Services. Alternatively, the candidate may have a Licensed Florida Agent (220) and Certified Property & Casualty Lines instructor with the Florida Department of Financial Services, or 10 years of work experience in a related field.
