Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and replace HVAC systems (including ductwork, split systems, and rooftop units).
  • Maintain the company vehicle and inventory.
  • Design duct systems for optimal comfort and efficiency.
  • Engage with homeowners to identify concerns or interests regarding their air conditioning systems.
  • Understand the company's pricing structure and manage customer documentation and payments.
  • Participate in training sessions and mentor apprentices.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in refrigeration and HVAC-related components.
  • Type II EPA Certification.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
Essential Tools:
  • Basic Hand Tools: wrenches, screwdrivers, sheet metal/duct tools, hammer.
Necessary Testing Equipment:
  • Refrigerant Gauges, Manometer, Carbon Monoxide Detector, Psychrometer, Micron Gauge.
  • Familiarity with local codes.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate tight spaces, climb ladders, and adapt to various work environments.
  • Clean criminal background and drug screening.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
