Job Description:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide services for school-age students in the Carthage, TN area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and experience working with students with IEPs and AAC exposure.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech therapy services to students in grades K-12
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Use AAC devices and strategies to support students with communication needs
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in speech therapy
Requirements:
  • Active or pending state SLPA license
  • Previous school experience and IEP/AAC exposure preferred
  • Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services
