While having insurance licenses in property, casualty, life, and health is preferred, it is not mandatory for consideration. Training will be provided, and potential reimbursement is available upon achieving licenses. Preference will be given to candidates with technical skills. Compensation will be based on experience. A skills assessment must be completed by applicants prior to the initial interview.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing and sales objectives.
  • Maintain a robust work ethic with a full commitment to daily success.
  • Partner with your agency's team to ensure successful, highly satisfying, and enduring customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Life/Health Insurance License is preferred.
  • Proven history of achieving sales targets is preferred.
