North America Market Manager

About the RoleYou will lead a portfolio of high-performing partners, cultivating strategic relationships, and developing targeted plans to drive revenue growth. Your success will be measured by your ability to increase pipeline and revenue while ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 2-3 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or account management roles in a competitive environment. You will be based in our New York or San Francisco office and will travel occasionally to attend expos, conferences, and in-person partner visits.
In this role, you will:
- Broaden our ecosystem of partners, exploring new opportunities for growth and revenue expansion
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of business objectives
- Maintain and improve processes to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level contacts at our partner organizations
The estimated annual salary for this role is $100,000 - $115,000, with an OTE of 125-160K including bonus and other benefits.
