Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial technology) or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
