Medical Assistant Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant Professional to join our team at Winner Regional Health. As a key member of our ambulatory care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support services.

Responsibilities:
  • Collects patient data regarding patient's condition for provider including subjective data and basic objective data such as vital signs.
  • Greets patients and prepares them for provider examination.
  • Screens patients for appropriate information and records information in patient chart.
  • Instructs in collection of samples or tests.
  • Instructs, medications and/or treatment.
  • Maintains and reviews patient records, chart and other pertinent information.
Requirements:

We require a Medical Assistant with a Graduate degree from an accredited school of Medical Assisting and one year of clinical experience. National Medical Assistant Certification is also required, which must be obtained within 9 months of registration date or hire/transfer into MA role.

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
