We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant - Acute Care Professional to join our team at Winner Regional Healthcare Center. This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional patient care skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
In this position, you will assist in the provision of nursing care to patients under the direction of licensed nurses. You will perform routine tasks such as vital sign measurements, personal hygiene assistance, and basic nursing procedures. You will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom.
- Take vital signs and report any changes or concerns to licensed nurses.
- Provide basic nursing care such as positioning, repositioning, and turning patients.
- Assist with meal preparation and delivery.
- Participate in patient education and support.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,500 per year, which includes a base pay of $39,000 plus a $4,500 shift differential. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
