About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at LittleStar ABA Therapy. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional services to individuals with autism and their families.

Job Summary

The Registered Behavior Technician position is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. You will work closely with our experienced clinical team to implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to help our patients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans for patients with autism, using ABA techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior change.
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans, and to provide ongoing support and guidance to patients and families.
  • Provide direct therapy services to patients, including one-on-one and group sessions, and participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and plan.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, including data collection and analysis.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in ABA and related areas.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in physical activities, such as running and jumping.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
