Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to provide therapeutic services to clients with a variety of mental health and addiction issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health and addiction needs.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
  • Provide crisis intervention as needed.
  • Maintain credentials and CEUs following Kentucky State Guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Current state licensure or certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent, with an active Kentucky state license in one of the following credentials: Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), Certified Social Worker (CSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices for mental health and addiction treatment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
