We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) contractor, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavioral services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Model and train staff in the principles and practice of Positive Behavior Support methodology.
- Serve as a member of Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) providing expertise on behavioral issues.
- Responsible for Behavior Plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting.
- Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and provide behavior analytic interpretations of the results.
- Provide direct behavioral treatment to clients via replacement skills training, social skills training, crisis de-escalation, group behavioral treatment, individual behavioral treatment, and/or skills coaching in all applicable settings.
- Monitor restraint use and provide training to reduce.
- Monitor challenging behavior.
- Participate in Behavior Intervention Committee, Human Rights Committee, and other relevant committees, as assigned.
- Doctoral or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to individuals and other employees of the organization.

Salary RangeUSD $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
