Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage various components of transportation projects, including alignment, roadway design, intersection configurations, sight distance assessments, interchange design, utility layouts, traffic management plans, signage and striping, roadway drainage, hydraulic analyses, and right-of-way documentation.
  • Conduct planning studies, simulations, and hydraulic evaluations.
  • Create detailed plans and specifications.
  • Draft Preliminary Engineering Reports.
  • Assist in project bidding and oversee construction administration.
  • Guide and mentor junior staff members.
  • Engage in business development activities, lead generation, and contribute to proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to facilitate contract negotiations and implementation.
  • Experience in developing project budgets and estimates.
  • Proven track record of managing tight project timelines.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
  • Current Professional Engineer license or the capability to obtain it within six months of employment.
