We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team at KPFF Consulting Engineers. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate projects, including developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, drafters, and other support staff
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality standards, on time, and within budget
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, including identifying and addressing potential issues
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • PE License in Washington
  • Knowledge of codes, regulations, and standards applicable to the design and construction of major site development projects in Washington
  • Permitting experience with various municipalities
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects concurrently
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaborative skills
  • Competency, accountability, and personal commitment to deliver quality work to our clients, and to mentor younger staff
