Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit leadership and management skills across multiple sites
- Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Identify key opportunities for business development
- Understand the financial dimensions of the business
- Create accurate monthly forecasts and work-in-progress reports
- Address escalated claims and manage conflicts with stakeholders
- Ensure high-quality work standards are maintained
- Keep documentation and compliance up to date
- Implement effective problem-solving strategies
- Communicate and negotiate with trades to monitor job progress
- Coordinate between insurance companies and insured parties
- Resolve disputes and issues as necessary
- Adapt to new systems such as Dash & Easy Build
- Ensure compliance with legislative and contractual occupational health and safety requirements
- Oversee inspections and ensure all relevant documentation is completed
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience is essential
- Strong local industry connections are advantageous but not mandatory
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Proven success in driving profitable sales growth and possessing strong commercial insight
- Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Empathy towards client needs
- Project management experience is a plus but not required
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to foster business growth and client relationships
- Experience in managing delivery processes and ensuring quality
- Valid motor vehicle license
