LPN Job Description

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and provide high-quality patient care. Our flexible scheduling options allow you to choose when and where you work, giving you the freedom to balance your career and personal life.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver post-acute care to patients
  • Monitor patients' physical and mental well-being
  • Administer medications and track vital signs
  • Document patients' health concerns and medical histories
  • Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for patients
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience (LPN or similar role)
