About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to work one-on-one with clients to improve their communication, social skills, and daily living skills. As an Autism Support Specialist, you will implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and follow individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments
  • Collaborate with a BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collect data through observation and submit detailed session notes
