- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage cognitive, social, and physical development.
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space, ensuring safety standards are met at all times.
- Supervise children during meals, playtime, and rest periods, keeping a keen eye on their wellbeing.
- Provide positive guidance, resolving conflicts with patience and respect while encouraging good behavior.
- Communicate clearly and positively with parents, conveying progress, concerns, and achievements.
- Implement proper hygiene practices, including diaper changing, toilet assistance, and handwashing routines.
