Job Summary
Ryder is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain Solutions division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of experience in sales and/or customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions
