Sanzie Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our care team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to our senior adult and disabled clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties outlined in the client's care plan/service agreement.
• Demonstrate competency in meal preparation and clean-up, homemaking, and laundry, mobility, and walking assistance.
• Provide toileting and personal hygiene assistance, medication reminders, and routine transfer assistance.
• Maintain kitchen and bathroom cleanliness, and assist with transportation and errand running services.

Requirements

• CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart or Red Cross)
• Certificate showing Negative for TB (Required)
• Valid driver's license
• Photocopy of Social Security Card
• Current proof of auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• CNA License or completed HHA Competency test
• Federal fingerprinting requirement
• Physical
