Compensation:
Salary range: $125,000 - $165,000 per year, determined by the applicant's education, experience, skills, and market alignment.

Bonus Potential:
Target bonus of 10.0% on base salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent assessments, selections, and adaptations for project modifications.
- Lead significant project components and manage smaller projects entirely.
- Contribute to the development and effectiveness of the functional group while adhering to organizational policies.
- Implement and understand FDA or regulatory requirements as necessary.
- Apply technological principles across various tasks and develop a comprehensive understanding of related technical areas.
- Proactively identify risks to avoid delays and optimize resource expenditure.
- Mentor team members and promote technical skill development.
- Collaborate with peers across projects to secure necessary resources.
- Address complex technical issues and represent the organization in providing solutions.
- Develop and follow technical specifications and provide constructive feedback on processes.
- Effectively present complex technical information and respond to inquiries from technical staff and management.
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals, influencing outcomes positively.
- May oversee technicians and junior engineers, collaborating with manufacturing and other functional groups on compliance issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; Master of Science in Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in related fields, with at least 2 years in GMP manufacturing.
- Proven skills in technical innovation, leadership, polymer engineering, and manufacturing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated technical problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of GMP practices and FDA regulations.
- Proficient in relevant PC software applications.

Physical Requirements:
- General labor environment requires the use of personal protective equipment and physical activities such as walking, bending, standing, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Travel Requirements:
- Role requires up to 30% domestic and international travel based on business needs.
