Job Overview:

The Custodian at Old Tucson Entertainment LLC is tasked with ensuring a pristine environment by executing a variety of cleaning responsibilities.

This role encompasses maintaining cleanliness across the Old Tucson property and other areas frequented by guests or staff.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform trash collection and spot cleaning in office spaces and grounds.
  • Handle the cleanup and sanitization of spills, including bodily fluids, and ensure the proper disposal of cleaning materials.
  • Restock cleaning and maintenance supplies as necessary throughout the property.
  • Alert supervisors regarding any conditions that require reporting or items needing repair and maintenance.
  • Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive work atmosphere while addressing related concerns with management.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all policies and procedures at Old Tucson Entertainment.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Work Environment:
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. The role involves prolonged periods of standing and the ability to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach, with the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs at a time.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with a robust work ethic is essential.
  • Ability to adhere to safety protocols and comply with company policies.
  • Efficient time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with safety hazards and the proper application of various cleaning and sanitizing agents.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required.
