We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Ruth's Chris Steak House. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and other smallware and equipment to ensure sufficient quantities are on hand and ready to serve guests.
- Assist in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings to maintain a safe and pleasing environment for team members and guests.
- Assist in the set-up, operation, and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
