KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the kitchen operations, ensuring efficient service and high standards of food quality.
  • Guide and develop kitchen staff, promoting a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to consistently meet and surpass quality benchmarks.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, optimize costs, and streamline the ordering process for supplies.

  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of kitchen policies and procedures.
