Job Description

The United Software Group is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Strategy Advancement Professional to join their team. This role requires a strong understanding of organizational change management principles and the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive adoption of cybersecurity priorities.

In this role, you will work closely with department leaders to design and develop strategic goals, objectives, and initiatives that improve program operations, talent, and associated delivery of technical tools and solutions. You will provide data-based strategic direction to identify and address security-related business issues and opportunities.

A key aspect of this role is driving a security-centric culture by applying organizational change management strategies to enable adoption of cybersecurity strategic priorities and focusing on the people side of change. You will guide adoption of changes to processes, systems, and technologies, and influence department strategy.

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years of technical experience, proficiency in OCM frameworks and developing communications, and 3 or more years of OCM experience.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The ideal candidate will have passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving workforce and consumer experiences.
