Overview:
We are a distinguished design-build construction firm focused on delivering bespoke, high-quality residences. As a Custom Homes Superintendent, you will be integral in transforming our clients' visions into tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • On-Site Oversight: Supervise all stages of residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Coordination & Scheduling: Efficiently manage subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Issue Resolution: Address challenges proactively, maintaining effective communication and fostering positive relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising residential construction, particularly in custom home projects.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
  • OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications are preferred.
