Requirements:

  • Education: A diploma or degree in mechanical or engineering technology, with an Electrician license considered an asset.
  • Experience: A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in maintenance and/or operation of a process manufacturing facility.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of continuous process manufacturing facilities and experience with equipment overhauls, machining, pneumatics, hydraulics, and piping repairs.
  • Flexibility: Willingness and flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including afternoons and weekends.
  • Skills: Excellent planning, analytical, and organizational skills, strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Windows and the MS Office suite.
