About This Opportunity
We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Pizza LLC. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will be the primary point of contact for customers, engaging them in conversations, taking orders, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Utilize our technology and Point of Sales System to take accurate orders and provide customers with estimated delivery or pickup times.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
- Previous customer-facing experience in a retail or hospitality setting is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
What We Offer
