VandenBerghe Corporate Office is seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- General Labor: Assist with various tasks such as tree pruning, plumbing, roof maintenance, exterior siding/trim repairs, flooring, doors and windows, HVAC, concrete, electrical, and painting.
- Task Execution: Safely perform tasks with minimal oversight, following safety work practices and effectively using power tools and hand tools.
- Team Collaboration: Assist co-workers in safely performing tasks and handle construction materials safely.
- Site Supervision: Move items from place to place according to direction from the site supervisor.
- Multi-Trade Experience: Have experience working with multiple trades and be capable of working with minimal oversight.
- Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive attitude and be willing to follow directions closely.
- Reliable Transportation: Possess a valid driver's license and insurance, and have reliable transportation.
- Shift Hours: Work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.
- Overtime: Be available to work overtime as needed.
