This role requires an experienced technology professional with a strong track record of managing technology projects across the HR domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday HCM, Workday Learning, Workday Recruiting, and Performance Management systems like Via People. They will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT partner teams to deliver successful project outcomes. A high-energy individual with exceptional leadership and communication skills is required to foster a collaborative team environment and drive results-oriented processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with team leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinating and facilitating project meetings, status updates, and other communications.
  • Leading complex cross-functional projects with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computing, HR, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR business processes, including recruitment, talent development, and management.
  • Track record of delivering business and technology projects with robust project management skills.
  • Experience in applications configuration and delivery in Workday HCM.
  • Strong knowledge of HR technologies, including Workday, HRSoft, Visier, and Via People.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Working knowledge of agile principles and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Your Benefits
A competitive salary range of $230,000 - $250,000, plus a discretionary performance-based bonus.
