  • Experience with ticketing software, such as Zendesk, Kustomer, or Gladly.
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, with a willingness to take on challenges and get the job done.
  • Entrepreneurial interest, a passion for pets, and excitement to work in a start-up environment.
  • Prior experience in the pet healthcare industry or pet insurance industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and G-Suite tools.
  • Fluency in other languages, with Spanish being a preferred language.
