Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, assist customers in person and over the phone, and resolve any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales: Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis by presenting appropriate products and services to customers, processing sales transactions accurately, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable on products offered, including paint and paint-related products, and discuss available options with customers to meet their needs.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, including shelves and displays, and comply with inventory control procedures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position, and previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
