- Training Support: Provide technical support to end-users during training sessions, addressing questions beyond the scope of the training materials.
- Course Management: Manage the delivery of approximately 27 unique courses, ensuring timely completion and adherence to the implementation schedule.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in training delivery, with a focus on technical training.
- Skills: Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to work in a team and independently.
- Language: Fluently read, write, understand, and speak the English language.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%.
- ERP Experience: Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably Oracle.
