About the Role

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Manager in maintaining the overall appearance and maintenance needs of the community.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Coordinate make-readies and move-ins/move-outs schedules.
  • Perform general maintenance repairs, preventative maintenance, and oversee construction/rehabilitation needs.
  • Assist in achieving occupancy goals and resident retention by providing a quality living experience.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in maintenance or a related industry.
  • Previous multifamily property experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and organize/prioritize responsibilities.
