Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Five Star Call Centers.

This role involves providing exceptional service to clients by answering inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing solutions to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilize communication scripts to handle various customer topics
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives
  • Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls
  • Upsell products and services when opportunities arise
  • Adapt to changing situations and tasks without compromising efficiency or composure
  • Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
  • Provide positive and professional interactions with customers
  • Be flexible and willing to cross-train as requested

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or support experience preferred
  • Previous call center or office background experience a plus
  • Basic computer skills
  • Quick learner and able to work independently
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute accurately
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • A background check will be required, in accordance with state and federal laws

Benefits:

  • Starting pay - $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds)
  • Work hours - Shifts between 9:00am-11:00 pm (EST); Work Days - Mon-Fri
  • Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 9:00am-6:00pm (EST)
  • Status - Full time 40 hours
