  • Maintain project records and ensure compliance with industry standards

  • Compose RFIs to enhance project profitability
  • Collect and review time, material, and work orders
  • Work with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Collaborate with the Foreman on schedule building, communication, and procuring materials and equipment

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Bluebeam, Adobe editing, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project
  • Strong work ethic and effective communication skills
  • Experience working for a Mechanical contractor is beneficial
